I read the article in the Observer and it was touching about her courage, attitude, faith. Her story is an inspiration to be thankful for everything, and seize the day. It was very sad what she went through. I never knew Amanda personally since we weren't in any classes. I do remember her face at high school. She sounds like she was a very special woman who will be dearly/incredibly missed. Praying for her husband, family,and friends. I know this may sound hard at this time, but it sounds like she\'s in Heaven and isn't suffering anymore (since she wasn't afraid to die and thought about eternity.)Those who know Jesus Christ as Savior, who have accepted Him into their lives, will see Amanda again someday. What hope. But for now, I'm sure the storm is huge. You're in my thoughts and prayers as you sail the stormy seas, Wendy
